I have butt acne and its spreading to m inner thighs. It's itchy too. I have a hyperpigmentation problem in that area and on my arms n legs too

Hello there. It could be a fungal infection. Avoid itching the area. Wash the area thoroughly with a mild soap. Consult a dermatologist in person to get it checked out for specific medicines. Keep the area dry. Regards
