I have dust algery and I can't stay in AC room immediately I used to get breathing issue. I am not taking any medicine now.

this is a common complaint as many people are allergic to the air borne allergens,pollens,dander etc.you can try an air purifier which takes care of most of such allergens,get your AC cleaned regularly and consult a Pulmonologist or Allergy specialist for further work up.
