I am having constant sitting job and 8-9 hours looking in computer body gets stiff and starting with neck pain back pain and huge headache, sometimes legs pain also, less energetic unable to fetch the problem is it's servical issue

these are normal working hazards.. needs to modify your working/sitting pattern with some exercise and may b some medicines
