I have armpit flab for 4 years now. I was told that it is fat deposit and not harmful. But wanted to be sure about it completely

Very Good morning.  I think you are most probably suffering from Lipoma,  which is painless deposition of fat in a form of lump & require no treatment and could be on multiple places at the same time.
