When i wake up i have a sour taste in mouth. i don't have a stomach problem. my doctor had given me pan 20 as the medicine and this is still persisting. Please advise

hi, u might of throat infection ( Pharyngitis). gargle with salt water twice daily. Avoid oily food for few days if it still persists may have to take course of antibiotics
