I think it is a stye. Some pus has started coming out of it. I have been putting dry handkerchief on it afterheating

Stye is infection of Moll & zeis gland causing severe pain&inflammation. You will have to take antibiotic orally atleast for a week (L cin 750mg tab once daily & tab chymoral forte  one tab thrice daily) along with antibiotic eye drops (4 Quin eye drops & ciplox eye ointment 3-4 times)at least for a week.You may carry on hot fomentation &remove pus by pressing skin with clean finger ,then apply ointment over stye,with regards

Keep doing hot fomentation 3 times a day. Take brufen or paracetamol if pain.
