I have a cut on my penis and it's not healing from 1week can I get some treatment for this.if required will send the picture where the wound is there.thanks in advance

Nothing to worry. It's frenular injury, due improper direction or lack of lubrication. It takes time to heal. U r diabetic also, so take proper antibiotics N Control of b. Sugar.
