If someone test negative hiv rapid test at 4 th month, what is uthe chance that the result is conclusive and no need to further test. And is there a chance that some people don't make antibody against this virus .please answer this.

It can be quite conclusive . But if there was a high risk exposure , it is better to test once in 3 months and if the patient tests negative till one year after exposure then it is highly conclusive. everybody will produce antibody against hiv virus  and it doesn't mean that it is protecting .
