I have 40% shivering with out my control

I have normally always 40% to 50% of hand shivering and for small reason also my head will become hot and i feel heart beat raised the shivering will increase nearly to 80% i dont understand y it is happening like that and it is from my child wood but i ignored it now i feel it has increased should i take any lab test or any scan.
