I had toncillitus so took amoxicillin
Took amoxicillin antibiotic but developed rash after that . I checked online that all penicillin based antibiotics have side effect . So should I discontinue taking amoxicillin or may be continue it with anti allergic like cetrizine

Yes Amoxicillin does cause rashes as side effect in some individuals but not in all. If you have noticed than can discontinue the medication.
