I got severe headache yesterday...not on forehead but on top of head area, i tried to sleep and had coffee but it did not heal. Later by night i started getting fever and in an hour i started shivering. Then i took a Combiflam and slept...fever reduced but i still have headache. I dnt have any cough or sneezing or running nose or joint pains or dia
