Hello This could be due to chalazion Treatment A medical management includes warm compresses followed by lid massage with index finger tightly from up to down followed by application of aziyhromycin ointment over lid margins B intralesional Kenacort injection is an option C surgery in form of incision and curettage is option Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
