A avg count of prolactin in blood is suppose to be below 30 while mine is 46. What does that mean? Do I need to worry?

Hello. Prolactin hormone shows variation as per the time of the day and as well as daily variations. There's nothing to worry. It can increase with stress also. Do you have any vision problems or headache or any other symptoms. Please consult physician or gynecologist. Repeat test and if repeat high levels then may need treatment.
