I got a Lump on the right eye on the upper eye lid after eye stye looks like chalazion. Its does not pain

It might be a chalazion and will need operation. Please share a close up pic of your eyes with detailed information about discharge redness watering pain swelling itching and blurring of vision or consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
