I don’t know if my hymen broke

I had sex for the first time and it was on the last day of my period. I wasn’t bleeding almost at all that day and it was really painful having sex so it didn’t last long and I started bleeding way more afterwards. I don’t know if my hymen broke or what it was bc I had a hard time locating the hole for penetration. The penis didn’t go inside that deep either.
