My forehead is filled with small projections that can give rise to an acne if pressed or scratched on. I want a clear skin. What should I do?

Hi what you are having on your forehead is grade one acne , please check if you have dandruff that can be a cause and has to be treated. For the acne on your forehead you can use zinderm an gel once a day in the night .
