Hi doctor I could something different in my tongue which is slightly painful and I have attached the images If anything serious that I need to address soon

Looks like usual apthous ulcer it will settle soon use mouthwashes and multivitamin. If it doesn’t settle or keeps increasing in size over next few weeks keep watch.
