I have been having headaches, also I have been having dizzy spells. This happened yesterday and it hurts at the spot on my head

dizzy spells should be there for some days due to concussion effect on brain. avoid sudden neck and head movement for 7 days. apply ice on affected part for reducing swelling, take antiinflammatory for 5 days for pain. if any vomiting or severe giddiness episode in next 24 hours please refer nearby physician.
