I am really freaking out about this. The caned was't damaged and it did't smell bad an taste ok. Noticed 2 small black things, look like pepper but it was very small. I don't want to wake up in the next days and be sick or die of bottulis

No. You will not die. Just look if you get stomach infection. If you get it. Get it treated Other wise relax.
