I am pregnant. I'm unmarried. I wanna abort the baby. What to do how to do I dont know.I'm so very much afraid. My parents as well as his (my lovers) parents are too strict. Of they come to know this they'll separate us. What to do don't know.

You should not take self medications because there will be no guarantee for complete expulsion of fetus,and if the fetus is developing in fallopian tubes you can rupture of the tubes....ultrasound helps to confirm abdominal pregnancy and complete abortion,retained product may cause sepsis and hemorrhage....Consult nearest gynecologists they will do the needful.
