I had first and last sex with my bf on31may2017.i checked from prega news on24June,20july and24 August.all were negative.but i having one day period since june.i m feeling pain and heaviness in my lower tummy since august.so i went for ultrasound of upper and lower abdomen on 31august without letting know the dr to diagnosis me for pregnancy.he reported a sonolucent area of 45*25mm in left adnexial region with internal echoes.uterus was nrmal in size and shape Is this pregnancy?or ectopic one?
