I am 27th year old ..I have uncircumcised penis but I clean it daily I don't why it happens with me.. half head converted into red color and a white and yellowish discharge from the affected as well as under the foreskin Reddines on foreskin as well.. now it's paining when i touch .. I am taking medicine from last three days but no changes , please help me .. I am getting depressed day by day Attached pic Thanks
