Please tell me a name of tablet/capsule which can be used for  supplement of boron of 10-12mg/day. I am unable to find any tablet or supplement of boron whch can provide 10-12mg per day of boron.

I don't think you'll find boron isolated, coz it is an insecticidal. Normally combinations will provide boron of upto 2-3 mg. You can go for Bonefit (8 mg boron, in combination with zinc, copper, iron and selenium). , which is quite high, probably the highest. You can take the capsule depending upon the indication that you are being prescibed for.
