Felling pain in guts. Do not walk. If I am setting then not possible to walk and when I am walking then felling heavily pain in my guts. Please give suggestion and medicine. My age 48.

Seems like spinal stenosis. Gabapentin 300mg bed time and tab ultracet twice a day. Needs further evaluation too.
