I know I am having Esophagitis and with medications and lifestyle changes I am improving also but due to feeling of food sticking in throat, I am not able to feed myself due to fear of food sticking in throat and due to this weight also decreased from 51 now it's 48 ... Sometimes I don't have appetite sometimes when I am hungry I take food and it feels like sticking so I stop eating! Is there any thing in my endoscopy that is creating barrier or making it sit in throat or its just sensation!

Your reports just suggest that you have a lax LES and nothing else. For this, ypur gastroenterologist must have started you on tab Pantoprazole 40 mg before breakfast x 14 days Tab domperidom 30 mg before breakfast for next 14 days Take semi-solid and liquid contents, mashes up foods. Don't skip meals. Regarding what to eat and what not to, you can discuss online.

Feeling of obstruction in throat  happens due to anxiety and fear, there is no structure in your esophagus which will cause obstruction...  Obstruction happens in older patient, who has cancer or achalasia cardia, both will be visible in endoscopy... Stop worrying complete the course of medicine you will be alright.
