I have stubborn sputum in my throat which is not coming out from quite few days. I don't have running nose or cough, just blocked nose in the norming. When I force the sputum out, little bit comes out and I always feel something it in my upper throat. Its irritating

Hello.. Well I understand that you are talking about the phelgm...I would suggest you to take cough syrup which contains terbutaline which will help in throwing out the sputum..Hope you get my point...Thank you
