I am having fissures problem past 7 year

Actually I have a problem from past 7 years but now it's effects more...from two months even I took home treatment ..Iam facing same ...I got severe pain during poop...I want to reduce the pain... please help me... currently Iam using homeopathy... Is it ok to cure? still pain after poop... please help me to not get pain ...please I can't bare it and I want to know what's my fissures acute anal fissures or chronic fissures
