Its been almost a week and still not properly cured. No fever,no vomiting, no nausea ,no stomach pain, but there is discomfort and mild stomach ache due to stomach gas. Have fatigue. Did not go to doctor because diarrhoe frequency is low. But it has been more than 6 days and not cured.took lopermide and temperorly cures the symptom. What am i having. Do i need to go to a doctor now .
