I tend to feel weak and my hands start to shake. My weight problem is starting to be noticeable. I honestly am stressed out about fixing my weight/solving a cure for my health

Take foods rich in iron like jaggery, til, chikki, bajara, beetroot, pomegranate etc.take enough proteins in your diet.
