Hey, i dont know why you are suggested this operation but its usually done in fertility problem cases . The surgical correction of a septate uterus via hysteroscopic metroplasty can improve significantly miscarriage rates among women with a history of recurrent miscarriages before the procedure. - Hysteroscopic metroplasty seems to improve pregnancy rates among women with primary infertility.. If ultrasound of uterus shows any abnormality its better to undergo surgery ,its done in all district hospital.
