When I stand in one place without fidgeting or leaning against anything, after a few minutes my legs get swollen, blotchy, and extremely uncomfortable. I tend to test on the low end for blood pressure and iron. I take low-dose iron supplements every other day. I'm only 27 years old, and I've been having these issues since I was around 10 years old. If I try to have a hot shower without a shower-chair, I get extremely light-headed and nauseated. The problem is much worse when I skip meals.
