Hi Doctor, I really need a correct guidance & medications. I am a hypothyroid patient. I had consulted many doctors but couldnt get the results. I have been detected with hypothyroidism 4yrs back. Currently i am not taking any medication. Recent report of mine says TSH is 13. Bcoz of this i hv gained weight,very irregular periods . Kindly advice..

You have to see your physician asap. You have to do CBC FT4 TSH. You have to take medication. Do regular exercise and have fresh vegetables and fruit .
