I read your article . Yes its true tha hypothyroidisn peiple cant lose weight so easily. I am suffering it from last 5 yrs without any mrdications.I gained so much weight as agirl its very difficult to build my confidence plus im doing medical study so i am not able to remember things what should i do my thyroid gland is swollen too .It looks very bad .
