Hypothyroidism normal value in 3trimstr

My Tsh was 4.54 at start of pregncy & was put on thyronorm12.5mcg from 5week of pregnancy. At 25 week i checked my thyroid levels again and Tsh was 2.17 and Dr asked to stop the thyroid medication and check the thyroid levels after 1 month and Tsh was 3.2 ,Dr suggested to take the thyroid test again after 3 weeks. In last test my Tsh level is 1.99 Im confused if its normal bcoz when i stopped my medication Tsh shooted from 2.17 to 3.2 & after 3weeks its 1.99 without taking any medicine. Pls help
