Hypothyroidism

I consultant gastroenterologist he tested all thing he can all blood test endoscopy.. i always get loss of appetite.. my gastroenterologist told that it may be due to my thyroid.. i have hypothyroidism tsh value 38 it's been 19 days started medicine.i am frustrated now when my appetite will behave normal
