Hi, I am diagnosed with hypothroid wich is 23.47 and pcod, irregular periods, do i have to take medicine for thyroid life long? If i don want to take can i jus cure thyroid, pcod n irregular periods with my diet and exercise? I jus want to kno this wether natural way for diet n workout will cure thyroid issue or medicine is mandate? Regards, Anjali

Yes if you are taking medicines for hypothyroidism you have to continue medications according to the value after consulting a doctor.. every 3 months you have to repeat tsh to know  the range and for the dosage of medications.. and for your pcod and irregular periods consult a gynaecologist for proper investigation and treatment... There is no home remedies to control this.. You have to reduce your weight, regular excercise daily is must, drink plenty of fluids, avoid oily fatty and fried items..
