Hypothoirodism

As my tsh level was 10.18 uIU/ml in January 2017, i began to take thyroxin sodium tabs 50 mcg. now tsh 3rd generation is 6.400 uIU/ml, t3 116.40 ng/dl and t4 is 11.29 ug/dl . why tsh level is high when t3 and t4 are normal? i am a 64 years old man.

HELLO, YOU ARE A PATIENT OF HYPOTHYROIDISM ,  SO TSH VALUE IS RAISED., YOU ARE ON TYROXIN BUT YOUR THYROID IS NOT CONTROLLED, CONSULT AN ENDOCRINOLOGIST. DON'T STOP  THYROXIN. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THIS. O.K BYE.
