Hypochloremia is an electrolyte imbalance that occurs when there’s a low amount of chloride in your body. I would advise you to meet a MD general medicine or a nephrologist so that she can be evaluated and undergo investigations such as RFT, Ultrasound, etc to find theunderlying cause and have it treated accordingly. If the problem persists or worsens visit the ER at the earliest.
