Hyperventilate on talking, laughing

Hi, I tend to hyperventilate when finishing a long sentence and even laughing a little triggers it.also the Yoga practice gets me hypervenilated. I didn't have this issue before. Any idea what could be this. I had pft , X ray clear. I also had heart sans done which were normal since I had chest pain, breathless issues.
