I am preaented with shortness of breath since 3 years and i have done my ingiography on 06/08/2016 medicine concorn 10mg Omega daily ome time

If you are diagnosed with HCM there is a list of do's and don'ts. Pls consult your cardiologist about this in detail. The manifestation varies a lot in this disease ranging from no symptoms to sudden cardiac arrhythmias. Pls continue Concor as suggested.
