Hyperthyroidism

My name is Monika Jaiswal and 28 years old, recently married girl. I have hyperthyroidism from 10 year and currently I am taking medicine of 75gm of thyiroxin. Yesterday I went to check my thyroid. My TSH value is increased from 6 to 10. Although from two months I have been avoiding rice, soy products, nuts and eating dry fruits, corriender on behalf of my thyroid medicine. Please give me solution how to reduce my TSH value why it's increasing.

As you are newly married. If planning for conception. TSH should be < 3. You need to increase the dose of Thyroxine and titter accordingly.you can consult me on Practo for details.
