I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism in July 2021...took carbimazole for 4 months ,after that ,since then managing it just with ayurvedic medicines,my levels were normal last time when I took the test... So if the thyroid levels are now normal, does that mean, hyperthyroidism is gone??

Agree with below. Likely must've had a viral cause for elevated thyroid function. Book an online consultation for further management. Don't do any thyroid test on Ayurvedic medicines. One Ayurveda doesn't work. Two not scientific. Three it will falsely reassure you that your thyroid function is normal as Ayurvedic medicines interacts with the thyroid blood test.
