Dr,  My wife has hyperthyroid. Recent test results T3 240 , T4 18.2 and TSH 0.02.Pls advice. Age 42.

Your wife report suggest her hyperthyroidism is still not controlled. As both T3 and T4 are high. So she needs to increase the medicines and repeat thyroid test after 6 weeks. Need to do anti TPO antibodies and thyroid receptor stimulating antibodies- TRAB test for confirmation of reason for hyperthyroid.
