I am not sure whther its hypersomnia or something else, cuz my father having weight around 100-103kg and he sleeps a lot...anytime anywhere, and we are stressed about my father and want him to diagnosed as soon as possible but we are not sure whom and where to consult. Can you please suggest a specialized doctor or should I discuss with MD

I feel basically along with obesity,  lethargic nature is an attachment. You consult a general physician to diagnose whether he has developed any illness due to his obesity. Later,  if possible,  consult a psychologist in your city with you father.
