Hving high insulin level fasting 64 pp 77. My colour becamin dark day by day.Having patches on my face . My nose tip suddenly apear dark. I m having acanthosis nigrican. Taking metformin 500 thrice a day. Losing weigh also i m 72 kg now. Very depressed about my face colour feeling complex in going out. Pls help me gv me advice
