My friend dad tomuch problem about doubts his wife,why we psyschological advised to come hospital he wont come ,how we solve these problem ,what is the remedy even last twomore years ago he take some psychatric medicines but only 4 days take medicine after he leave it complaint i dont want its tomuch sleep

It is an one type of delusion. He may suffering from mood disorder. Both psychiatrist and psychologist treatment are needed. Take him to hospital or clinic for psychiatrist's help. After taking medicine when he slight stabilize then consult psychologist.
