Maybe there is a collection of blood in your uvula or a ulcer which you may have caused by your tongue cleaning First aid ..do warm salt water throat gargle daily 5-6 times Take Tablet Paracetamol 650 mgs thrice daily for 2-3 days If symptoms of pain still not reduced please consult ENT specialist ASAP for further treatment.
