Sir i am 25 years old...from last 30 days i am getting full hungry after eating, then after sometime also I am getting...and i am feeling like vamthing with gas, and stomach uncomfortable feeling... Sometimes...before I never get like this and hungry ness also less...what this is there any dangerous or something...plz give guidance😌
