I am taking TOFACITINIB 5 mg for arthritis as prescribed, from last two days I am observing my at time of lunch i feel very hunger and headache, two days before when I checked my sugar on glucometer fasting was 117 mg/dl and after one hrs of lunch it was 151 ,I want to know low sugar cause feeling hungry or high sugar

Sugars are not bad. But diet will need altering. May be you have having carbohydrates rich meals with not much protein or fibre. Please see a good dietician and take it from there
