Hi doctor, I'm having severe fatigueness & headaches continuously due to hsv 1. I'm taking aciclovir 400 mg twice a day it subsides the pain but if I go out of my home and expose to sun, did some physical work. Next day I can't even get up severe pain in head, behind eye, in jaw and total body fatigue. Did STD panel after 4 months of exposure with condom all negative except hsv 1. Please advise alternate medicine to resolve this I can even do my daily work. Thanks a million.
